Collagen Amino Acids 

Skin Smoothening Smoothie

Your body and complexion will thank you for this nutrient-dense and fiber-rich smoothie. We love how it clears up our skin and keeps it feeling so soft and smooth! The perfect meal replacement drink if you ask me. Coz it keeps the tummy satiated and satisfied.

  • Baby Kale – ¼ cup
  • Romaine lettuce – 2 leaves
  • Celery – ½ stalk, cut into smaller pieces
  • Apple – ½, seed removed
  • Pineapple – 1 small slice
  • Small banana – 1, peeled and sliced
  • Fresh coriander – 1 stalk, washed with roots removed
  • Lemon Juice from a quarter of a lemon
  • aspurely Collagen Amino Acid – 1 to 2 scoops
  • Water Adjust to desired thickness

Serving: 1

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Drink immediately.

Note: Personally, we enjoy the slight bitter taste of kale. If you prefer no bitterness at all, baby spinach leaves may be used as an alternative to kale.

  • Raw cacao powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Almond milk – 150ml
  • Medjool dates – 3 pieces, pitted
  • Fully ripened avocado – ¼, seed and skin removed
  • Fresh spinach – ¼ cup

Serving: 1

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust thickness with more almond milk if necessary.
  2. Drink immediately.

This delicious smoothie is packed with proteins, vitamins and minerals essential for healthy breasts. The enzyme, papain, in papaya helps to break down the proteins in milk and fresh Chinese yam, making them more easily absorbed and utilized by the body.

  • Fully ripened papaya – 1 small slice
  • Fresh Chinese yam – 3cm knob
  • Almond milk – 150ml
  • Medjool date, pitted – 1
  • aspurely Collagen Amino Acid – 2 scoops

Serving: 1

  1. Remove skin and seeds from the papaya. Cut into small pieces.
  2. Remove skin from Chinese yam. Wash clean.
  3. Place all ingredients into a blender. Cover and blend for a few minutes until you obtain a smooth texture.
  4. Drink immediately.

Note: If your skin is sensitive, please wear gloves before handling fresh Chinese Yam as the slippery substance beneath the skin may cause sensitive skin reaction in some individuals.
