Shipping, Payment, Refund & Exchange Policies


Local Shipping (Singapore)

  • Shipping is free for orders of minimum S$100.
  • Shipping charges for orders below S$100 is dynamic and varies depending on your choice of courier.
  • Orders made after 5 pm shall be processed the following business day.
  • Delivery may take up to 1 to 3 business days after the order is processed, depending on your choice of the courier.
  • If you would like to request for specific delivery dates, please let us know at the ‘Remarks’ section of the shopping cart before you check-out.

International Shipping

  • All International Orders are delivered via international courier.
  • Order may take 3 to 7 business days after the shipping date, depending on your choice of courier.
  • Shipping fee is dynamic and varies depending on the shipping destination zone, the shipping options chosen and your choice of courier.
  • Shipments outside Singapore may be subject to import duties, VAT and other taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed delivery

In view of the COVID-19 situation, orders may take longer than usual to arrive. We also strongly recommend opting for contactless delivery.

When making payment, you may opt to save your payment method for your order after login into your account. If you do not want to save your payment details to your account, then you can also enter them when you come to pay for your order. 

We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us. We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. To better protect our customers when making online payments by card you may be presented with 3D secure security measures when paying. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone.

Refund and Exchange

We take great pride in providing customers with high quality products and services. We’re happy to assist you with a refund or exchange:

  • Item(s) must be in its original condition – packaging must be unopened, unused and unmarked.
  • If the returning item(s) is part of a set or a multi-item pack, the whole set/pack must be returned.
  • We regret that we are unable to cover return shipping costs or refund the original shipping and duties charges so please choose your preferred courier as delivery/shipping costs will be covered by you.
  • aspurely reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of refund and exchange without prior notice. All decisions made by aspurely are final and no correspondences will be entertained.

You may return your purchased items through our website within 7 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please email for further assistance.

Refund or Exchange Procedure for Local Orders Only

  • Email to request for the refund or exchange, stating the Order Number in your email.
  • Upon confirmation, please return the items to: 51 Bukit Batok Crescent #08-08 Unity Centre Singapore 658077
  • Customers shall arrange and bear the return shipping related costs.
  • Customers will receive their refund or the new exchanged item within thirty (30) days; this time period includes the transit time for us to receive the returned item(s) (2 to 3 business days) and the transit time for you to receive your refund or the new item (2 to 3 business days).

Refund Procedure for International Orders

  • Email to request for the refund or exchange, stating the Order Number in your email.
  • All items to be returned for refund should be mailed to: 51 Bukit Batok Crescent #08-08 Unity Centre Singapore 658077.
  • Customers shall arrange and bear the return shipping related costs.
  • We shall issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the purchase date. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.
  • It may takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
