Aspurely Rewards Terms and Conditions
Aspurely Rewards (“Program”) is a loyalty program by Aspurely.
By participating in the Program and by signing up for a “Aspurely Rewards” membership account (“Account”), you shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall also apply in relation to any Personal Data (defined in Section 40) provided by you to us in connection with the Program.
We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time in our sole discretion upon posting the amended version at insert url (“Website”). By your continued participation in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
Membership and Eligibility
Membership to the Program is open to:
- Person who at the date of application for the Account, is at least eighteen (18) years of age,
- And has signed up for an Account on the Website
(“Member”, “you”, or “your”)
As a condition of your participation in the Program, you are required to provide us with current, accurate, truthful and complete information about yourself during the registration process and to keep your records with us current and up-to-date. You agree that you shall be solely responsible for all consequences of providing any inaccurate, incomplete and/or insufficient information. In the event that we determine or have reason to believe that the information which you have provided to us is not current, is inaccurate, or is incomplete in any way or that you have provided us with false or misleading registration information, we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate your Account. We reserve the right to turn away any individual from this Program without giving any reason whatsoever.
At the point of registration, you will be required to provide the following information:
- name;
- email address; and
- mobile number.
(“Registration Information”)
Upon successful registration into the Program, you:
- will be issued with an Account which is unique and non-transferrable;
- may choose to opt-in for communications from Aspurely via member’s portal (insert url);
(“Membership”)
Your Account is valid from the date of successful registration of your Account (“Date of Registration”). We reserve the right to set a fixed Membership period or expiry period for the Membership at any time. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Program, or cancel any Account, at our sole discretion.
Participation in the Program is subject to any terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, including (without limitation) these Terms and Conditions (“Program Rules“) that we may, at our sole discretion, adopt from time to time. We reserve the sole right to interpret and apply the Program Rules. Any failure to follow Program Rules, any abuse of Program privileges, any conduct detrimental to the interests of Aspurely, or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to Aspurely or its affiliates by you, or anyone else acting on your behalf, may result in the termination of your Account, the cancellation of accrued points, rewards or benefits, or both.
The Membership and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Aspurely and its affiliated companies, and Aspurely has the right to terminate the Program or to change the Program rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation or rewards levels, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
We reserve the right to audit your Account at any time for compliance with the Program Rules, without notice to you. In the event that an audit reveals discrepancies or possible violations, the processing of award redemption requests may be delayed pending completion of the audit.
You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to the Program Rules. Aspurely will attempt to advise active Members of various matters of interest through such means as may be appropriate, such as account summaries, newsletters and the Website, but we shall have no liability for any failure to do so.
The accumulation of Points are subject to specific Program Rules enacted by Aspurely. You are responsible for reading these materials in order to understand your rights and responsibilities under the Program. No points, benefits, rewards earned or granted under the Program may be transferred or assigned.
Each Member may maintain only one (1) Account. Duplicate accounts will be subject to cancellation.
Membership Tier
There are three tiers of membership in the Program: Classic, Premium, Elite. Achieving Classic, Premium, Elite status requires a minimum amount of points accumulated, as explained below. All membership tiers enjoy a variety of benefits made available by Aspurely in its sole discretion from time to time (“Benefits”). Benefits may vary by tier and some tiers may have more Benefits than others. The type, timing and availability of any Benefits, special offers, vouchers, one of a kind experiences, exclusive events and early access to products will be determined by Aspurely in its sole discretion.
Aspurely may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the tier rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of a particular tier or may terminate a particular tier at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice except as expressly set out in these Terms or required by applicable law.
Classic
First time qualification: Classic status is conferred on those registered members who accumulate a minimum of 100 points within 6 months from the Date of Registration. Classic status is good for 1 year upon qualification; after that, annual requalification is required. If a member does not requalify for Classic status and does not qualify for Premium or Elite status, the member will revert to a registered member.
Subsequent qualification: Classic status is conferred on those registered members who accumulate a minimum of 200 points within 1 year from the Date of Qualification. Classic status is good for 1 year upon qualification; after that, annual requalification is required. If a member does not requalify for Classic status and does not qualify for Premium or Elite status, the member will revert to a registered member.

Premium
First time qualification: Premium status is conferred on those registered members who accumulate a minimum of 300 points within 6 months from the Date of Registration. Premium status is good for 1 year upon qualification; after that, annual requalification is required. If a member does not requalify for Premium status and does not qualify for Classic or Elite status, the member will revert to a registered member.
Subsequent qualification: Premium status is conferred on those registered members who accumulate a minimum of 600 points within 1 year from the Date of Qualification. Premium status is good for 1 year upon qualification; after that, annual requalification is required. If a member does not requalify for Premium status and does not qualify for Classic or Elite status, the member will revert to a registered member.
Elite
First time qualification: Elite status is conferred on those registered members who accumulate a minimum of 500 points within 6 months from the Date of Registration. Elite status is good for 1 year upon qualification; after that, annual requalification is required. If a member does not requalify for Elite status, the member will revert to a registered member.
Subsequent qualification: Elite status is conferred on those registered members who accumulate a minimum of 1000 points within 1 year from the Date of Qualification. Elite status is good for 1 year upon qualification; after that, annual requalification is required. If a member does not requalify for Elite status and does not qualify for Classic or Premium status, the member will revert to a registered member.
Points
Under the Program, all three tiers of membership will have 1 Point credited to their Account for every Singapore dollar spent (a “Point”).
Additionally, all three tiers of membership will have 1 Point credited to their Account for every product review written. (refer to product review section)
You must be signed into your Account when making a purchase or writing a review to have any Points credited to your Account.
Any reference to “merchandise” or the value of merchandise in these Terms for purposes of collecting Points includes all Aspurely products sold online. It does not include payment for e-gift cards, gift cards, ticket purchases for special Aspurely events, taxes, shipping, or any subscription program.
Points themselves have no cash value and can only be used to qualify for membership tiers as stated in the Membership Tier section. Unless expressly permitted by Aspurely, Points are never redeemable for cash, for another product, for gift cards or for e-gift certificates. Points cannot be used as payment for any paid services or our subscription programs.
Product Review
All three tiers of membership will have 1 Point credited to their Account for every product review written.
Each Member can write 1 Review per Product purchased per Transaction.
If a Member purchases multiple quantities of the same Product in one Transaction, only 1 Review can be written.
If a Member repurchases a Product in a new Transaction, the Member can write a Review for that Product again.
(“Member”, “Product”, “Transaction”)
All Reviews should abide by the following guidelines:
- Be objective.
- Focus on the product and your individual experience using it.
- Provide insightful, helpful details about why you like or dislike a product and avoid vacuous statements.
- You must be at least 18 years old and, if you are a minor, you must have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to participate on Aspurely.com Reviews and their agreement to Aspurely’s Terms of Use.
- All submitted reviews are read by our moderators and are subject to the terms set forth in our Terms of Use.
We reserve the right not to post your review or to withdraw any posted review for any reason. Some reviews may get flagged, reviewed, and then later removed by our moderation team after previously appearing on Aspurely.com. Your review may be excluded if it violates review guidelines or contains any of the following types of content:
- Inappropriate comments (aggressive, threatening, trolling, etc.), profanities, discriminatory language or hate speech, or other language not suitable for the public.
- Evidence of potential danger, injury, violence or death.
- Third party URLs (Aspurely URLs are OK) and personally identifiable information (phone number, address, email, etc.).
- Advertisements, “spam” content, references to other products, offers, or websites.
- Any content or materials which you do not own or for which you have not secured all necessary rights.
- Critical comments about other reviews posted on the page or their authors.
- Discussion of medical conditions or claims of medical effectiveness outside of the stated product benefits.
- A review that is not related to the actual product (e.g., customer service experience).
In addition, if you wish to share feedback with us about product selection, pricing, ordering, delivery, or other customer service issues, please contact us directly by visiting insert URL. Please do not submit this feedback through a product review.
Referral
Referrer: you, a registered Aspurely member.
Referred Customer: a person who has not previously shopped on Aspurely.com before and to whom the Referrer shares their link.
Referral Link: a personalized referral link, provided to you by Aspurely.
Referrer Discount: a $10 off discount to be used on Aspurely.com. Subject to a minimum spending of $80. Only applicable on regular priced items.
Referred Customer Discount: a $10 off first purchase discount to be used on Aspurely.com. Subject to a minimum spending of $80. Only applicable on regular priced items.
Discount: collectively, the Referrer Discount and Referred Customer Discount.
How to earn Discount
The Referrer may earn a Referrer Discount toward future Aspurely purchases if a Referred Customer clicks on the Referrer’s Referral Link, creates a new account during the same session, and places an order on Aspurely.com. The Referrer Discount will be granted to the Referrer within seven (7) days of the Referred Customer placing an order on Aspurely.com. There is no limit on the number of referrals one can make.
For the Referred Customer to receive the Referred Customer Discount, the Referred Customer must click on the Referrer’s Referral Link and place an order on Aspurely.com during the same session. The Referred Customer Discount will be automatically applied to the order and is valid for one-time use only and must be used within 30 days of receiving the Referred Customer Discount.
Each Discount is non-transferable, not valid for cash or cash equivalent, cannot be combined with other offers, and must be used in the currency in which it was received. Each of the Referrer and the Referred Customer is responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from any Discount. Each Discount may be redeemed on Aspurely.com only and may not be applied to any prior purchases, taxes, shipping and delivery charges, or towards the purchase of gift cards, starter pack, subscription boxes. Referral Discount is not valid for purchase of starter pack, subscription boxes or 28 day challenge set.
Aspurely reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any Discount that violates the spirit of the Aspurely Referral Program, such as attempting to gain a Discount through self-referral by using a different phone number, or distributing a Referral Link via commercial advertising or spam. Aspurely may delay any Discount for the purposes of investigation and may refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason. If you cancel your order, the Discount may no longer be valid or may be withdrawn.
Referrers should only invite a Referred Customer after receiving prior permission from the Referred Customer to send, or have Glossier send, an email with the Referral Link to them. Referrers must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws and marketing regulations, which may include the laws where the intended Referred Customers live. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is prohibited. Any distribution of the Referral Link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Aspurely’s Referral Program.
Aspurely automatically disqualifies suspicious referrals. If you are a Referrer and someone you referred made their first purchase using your Referral Link and you did not receive a Discount, your referral might have been flagged as suspicious. Eligibility
Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Aspurely’s Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation, as determined in Aspurely’s sole discretion.
Privacy
By clicking on a Referral Link, the Referring Customer acknowledges that some of their personal information may be sent to the Referrer who provided the Referral Link as confirmation of the Referring Customer making a purchase and the Referrer receiving a Referrer Discount. Accordingly, Aspurely strongly advises that Referring Customers only use a Referral Link that they receive from someone whom they personally know and trust. Any personal information collected, processed, and used as part of Aspurely’s Referral Program, including that of the Referrer and Referred Customer, will be used in accordance with Aspurely’s Privacy Policy.
Right to Close Accounts
Aspurely is not responsible for errors, omissions, malfunctions, interruptions, deletions, delays or failures of operations. Aspurely reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Aspurely Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation. All of Aspurely’s decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Discount is verified.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms
Aspurely reserves the right to cancel the Aspurely Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. However, it will not affect the usage of any Discount already earned, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
All Year Discount
Classic members are not entitled to any all year discount.
Premium members are entitled to a 5% all year discount.
Elite members are entitled to a 10% all year discount.
Discounts are only valid for purchase of regular priced items. Not valid for promotional items, gift cards, shipping. All year discount is not valid for purchase of starter pack, subscription boxes or 28 day challenge set. All year discount cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. Discounts is strictly non-transferable.
Birthday Discount is subject to change, alteration, or termination by Aspurely at its sole discretion at any time.
Birthday Discount
Classic members are eligible to a $15 off birthday discount, with minimum spend of $100 on regular priced items.
Premium members are eligible to a $20 off birthday discount, with minimum spend of $100 on regular priced items.
Elite members are eligible to 2 vouchers. Each voucher is a $25 off birthday discount, with minimum spend of $100 on regular priced items.
Purchases must be made during Member’s birthday month. Not valid for promotional items, gift cards, shipping. Birthday discount is not valid for purchase of starter pack, subscription boxes or 28 day challenge set. Birthday discount cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or vouchers such as referral vouchers. Discounts is strictly non-transferable.
Discount will be automatically credited to Member’s Account on the first day of their birthday month. To redeem, Member must select the Birthday Discount before checkout on Aspurely.com.
Member is to ensure that their birthday is updated prior to the first day of their birthday month. Aspurely will not be responsible for any failure to do so. Birthday Discount will expire on the last day of Member’s birthday month. Any unused Birthday Discount will be forfeited.
Birthday Discount is subject to change, alteration, or termination by Aspurely at its sole discretion at any time.

Exclusive Promotions
Premium and Elite members are eligible to participate in Aspurely’s exclusive promotions. Members will be notified of these promotions through their registered email address. Each promotion is subject to its own Terms and Conditions, which will be stated during the promotion.
Exclusive Promotions is subject to change, alteration, or termination by Aspurely at its sole discretion at any time.
Early Access to Products
Elite members are eligible to early access to Aspurely’s products. Members will be notified of the early access through their registered email address.
Early Access is subject to change, alteration, or termination by Aspurely at its sole discretion at any time.
Birthday Bash
Elite members are eligible to participate in Aspurely’s Birthday Bash. Members will be notified of the Birthday Bash and its related events through their registered email address. Birthday Bash is subject to its own Terms and Conditions, which will be stated with the accompanying Birthday Bash collaterals and communication materials.
Birthday Bash is subject to change, alteration, or termination by Aspurely at its sole discretion at any time.
